Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy outlines the procedures, expectations, and conditions related to canceling our services. By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to abide by this policy.


1. General Guidelines

  • All cancellations must be communicated clearly through email or via the platform through which the service was initiated.
  • Work already completed or in progress will be billed accordingly, even if the project is canceled midway.
  • No deliverables will be shared for unpaid work or canceled projects unless a mutual agreement is made.

2. Cancellation by Recurring Clients

  • You can cancel your subscription or service engagement at any time by notifying us at least 21 days before the next billing cycle.
  • If cancellation is requested after work has begun for the month, the billing for that month still applies.
  • You may pause the service for a maximum of 2 consecutive months without losing your recurring client status.

3. Cancellation by One-Time Clients

  • For cancellations after work has begun, the 30%-50% upfront payment is non-refundable.
  • If no work has started and cancellation is requested within 24 hours, we may issue a refund at our discretion.
  • Any deliverables completed before cancellation will not be provided unless payment is completed in full.

4. Platform-Initiated Engagements (Fiverr/Upwork)

  • Cancellations must follow the platform’s dispute and resolution policies.
  • We are bound by Fiverr and Upwork's terms in such engagements, and any refunds or cancellations will be handled through the respective platform.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

In rare cases such as personal emergencies, health issues, or other unforeseen events, we may consider cancellation exceptions. These are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
