Special Retainer Terms

These Special Retainer Terms outline the pricing, work delivery expectations, commitment requirements, and limitations for our premium retainer-based services. By subscribing to our Special Retainer Plan, you agree to the terms listed below.

1. Retainer Pricing

The Special Retainer is designed for clients who require consistent, ongoing work with priority delivery.

  • Starting Price: $1,000 USD per month.
  • This base price includes unlimited revisions and a reasonable volume of monthly work.
  • If you request faster delivery, increased workload, or additional complexity, the monthly fee may increase accordingly.
  • The pricing is dynamic depending on urgency and volume.

2. Work Delivery

Work is delivered on a rolling basis each month through a prioritized workflow.

  • Unlimited revisions included.
  • Work is handled in order of priority.
  • Faster delivery requests may incur additional charges.
  • Major or complex projects may extend delivery time.

3. Minimum Commitment

The Special Retainer requires a minimum locked-in period from the client.

  • A minimum commitment period is required — no short-term or one-month use.
  • The commitment duration will be agreed upon before starting.
  • You must remain subscribed for the entire commitment period.

4. Pause & Cancellation Policy

The Special Retainer is strictly continuous with no pauses allowed.

  • You cannot pause the service at any point during the commitment period.
  • No early cancellation is allowed.
  • If the client chooses to discontinue before the commitment period ends, the remaining balance becomes due immediately.

5. Payment Terms

  • All retainer payments are billed monthly in advance.
  • Invoices are due upon receipt and must be cleared before work begins.
  • Pricing may increase based on workload, urgency, or additional deliverables requested.

6. Refund Policy

No refunds are provided for any portion of the Special Retainer Plan — including unused hours or early termination.

7. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Special Retainer Terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated via email or updated on our platform. Continued use of the service indicates acceptance of the modified terms.
