a. Recurring Clients

Our recurring service pricing and delivery timelines depend on the scope of work, urgency, and workload volume. Exact pricing will be finalized based on your project needs.

• Pricing will follow the terms as per agreement or based on your selected plan.
• Clients also have the option to choose ourSpecial Retainer Offer, which starts at $1,000 USD per month.

b. One-Time Clients

For single, non-recurring projects, the pricing is structured as follows:

• One-time projects are charged at a higher rate than recurring engagements.
• We require a 30%-50% advance payment prior to commencing work.
• Upfront fees will be deducted from the final bill.
• We aim for faster delivery for one-time projects, within the agreed-upon timeframe.
• Ideally, one small order should be initiated on Fiverr or Upwork.

c. Hourly Billing

When projects are billed on an hourly basis, our starting rate is $30 USD per hour. Specific project requirements or additional services may adjust this rate.

d. Online Platform Engagements

For clients who discover our services via online platforms (e.g., Fiverr or Upwork):

• Billing will initially follow the platform's established rates.
• Should you decide to move to a recurring arrangement outside these platforms, we require an initial order on the platform followed by a transition to our direct services.

2. Delivery and Revisions

We are committed to delivering the highest quality work. Our delivery timelines are based on the complexity and scope of the project. Recurring clients benefit from unlimited revisions to ensure satisfaction.

3. Payment Terms

• For recurring projects, monthly fees are adjustable based on the volume of work.
• One-time projects require a 30%-50% upfront fee, with the remaining balance due upon completion.
• Hourly projects are invoiced at a rate of $30 USD per hour.
• Payment adjustments may be made on a monthly basis depending on the workload.

4. Refund Policy

Note: We do not offer refunds for our services.

5. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Delivery at any time. Any changes will be communicated via email or through an update on our platform. Your continued use of our services after such modifications will constitute your acceptance of the updated terms.
